You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49 – Brazil).
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
No signs of use, washing, or damage;
With original tags and packaging (when applicable);
Accompanied by all accessories, freebies, and the invoice.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Reason for the return
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
The return shipping cost will be covered by Rstoore only in cases of product defect or shipping errors.
In cases of regret (change of mind) or exchange for size/color, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method:
Credit card: refund within up to 2 billing cycles
Pix or boleto: refund within 10 business days to the provided bank account
If you'd like to exchange your item (for a different size, color, or another product), follow the same return process and mention in your email that you wish to make an exchange.
