📦 Return Policy – Rstoore

At Rstoore, your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔄 Return Period
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49).

Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • No signs of use, washing, or damage;

  • With the original tag and in its original packaging (when applicable);

  • Accompanied by all accessories, freebies, and the invoice.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

💬 How to Request a Return
Send an email to: [email protected], including:

  • Order number;

  • Full name;

  • Reason for the return;

  • Photos of the product (when necessary).

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

🚚 Product Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be covered by Rstoore only in cases of defects or shipping errors.

For returns due to regret or size/color exchanges, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

💳 Refund
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method:

  • Credit card: refund within up to 2 billing cycles;

  • Pix or boleto: refund within up to 10 business days to the indicated bank account.

🔁 Exchanges
If you simply wish to exchange the product (for a different size, color, or item), follow the same return process and indicate in the email that you would like an exchange.
